Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Assist the Resident Engineer in managing and supervising civil construction activities , including structural, architectural, and external works for villa projects.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications , and project quality standards.
• Coordinate and inspect civil works such as foundations, concrete works, masonry, waterproofing, roadworks, and utilities related to villa developments.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals , and inspection requests .
• Ensure that all civil works are carried out in accordance with project safety regulations and HSE requirements .
• Support in resolving site issues by providing timely technical input and liaising with relevant stakeholders, including the contractor and design team.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, landscape, infrastructure) to ensure smooth execution of interconnected works.
• Participate in progress meetings, prepare site reports , issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) , and maintain site documentation.
• Assist in the handover process and the preparation of snag lists and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Engineering/Architecture.

Experience gained from working on building projects in UAE is being looked for.
