About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Programmer / Systems Designer to lead the analysis, design, development, and enhancement of enterprise information systems.
Strong technical expertise in software design and systems development with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational requirements to define system specifications and functional designs.
- Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise applications and information systems.
- Create and maintain system architecture, technical documentation, workflows, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system defects and performance issues.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software design and information systems development.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
