Role overview

Programme delivery and governance

• Lead a portfolio that may include multiple workstreams, dependencies, sub-projects, and business-critical initiatives.
• Set programme plans, roadmaps, milestones, measurable outcomes, governance, integrated plans, RAID logs, decision records, and action tracking.
• Monitor performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans; drive accountability and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, procurement activity, statements of work, milestones, invoices, purchasing, and supplier delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditure, commercial commitments, and financial reporting.
• Prepare executive updates, steering committee materials, dashboards, and presentations.
• Develop business cases, benefits realization plans, and ROI analyses.
• Support long-range planning, investment planning, resource forecasting, and strategic roadmap development.
• Ensure operational readiness, including support models, onboarding workflows, device and workplace technology readiness, handover, and transition to business-as-usual.
• Improve programme governance, delivery practices, reporting, documentation, and operational outcomes.

Experience and qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technology programmes, strategic initiatives, or business transformation in a large global enterprise.
• Experience managing concurrent programmes and projects with multiple sub-projects, workstreams, dependencies, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering technology workstreams for real estate activity, including new site builds, office moves, refurbishments, consolidations, and workplace transformations.
• Experience supporting business-led change and coordinating workplace technology readiness.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, end-user computing, workplace technology, unified communications, cybersecurity, identity and access, automation, and AI-enabled service transformation.
• Experience with leadership reporting, programme dashboards, steering committee materials, financial summaries, and executive presentations.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, spend tracking, procurement, and vendor management.
• Experience developing business cases, benefits realization frameworks, and ROI analyses.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management; experience with globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft 365.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, APM, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification is listed; project/programme certification is described as desirable.

Other role requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
