Key responsibilities

  • Drive accountability and momentum, support long-range and investment planning, and identify improvements to governance and delivery practices.
  • Consider operational readiness throughout delivery, including support models, onboarding, device and workplace technology readiness, handover and transition to business-as-usual.

Experience and qualifications

  • Proven leadership of complex technology programmes, strategic initiatives or business transformation in a large global enterprise.
  • Experience managing concurrent programmes with multiple sub-projects and workstreams and translating objectives into structured plans and outcomes.
  • Experience delivering technology workstreams for real estate activity, including new sites, office moves, refurbishments, consolidations and workplace transformation.
  • Experience supporting business-led change and coordinating workplace technology readiness, delivery plans, phasing and support arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, including infrastructure, networking, end-user computing, workplace technology, unified communications, cybersecurity, identity and access, automation and AI-enabled service transformation.
  • Experience with executive reporting, financial summaries, business cases, benefits realization, ROI analysis, procurement and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, organization, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills; experience working across regions and time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification is listed as desirable; the qualifications section also lists professional certification.

Tools

  • Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft 365.
