What you will do
- As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintain programme roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, and milestone schedules.
- You will be required to manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and business objectives, and establish and maintain programme governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder communications.
Who you are
- Significant experience delivering complex programmes within technology, payments, retail, hospitality, or fintech environments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale transformation, product delivery, or customer implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of programme and project management disciplines including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.
