Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a major digital transformation program delivered on a
Low-Code / No-Code platform
- , covering multiple enterprise workstreams including:
- CRM solutions, including Sales and Customer Care
- Internal and external portals
- E-services
- ITSM solutions
- Data migration and integrations
- Stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
- Delivery governance, planning, risk management, and issue resolution
- Coordination between business, technical, vendor, and client teams
- Ensuring delivery quality, timelines, scope control, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program management
- Proven experience managing digital transformation programs
- Strong experience delivering large, complex, multi-workstream technology projects
- Previous KSA project experience is mandatory
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- PMP Training/certification is mandatory
- Agile Training/certification or formal Agile training is required
- Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms is highly preferred
- Experience in CRM, Customer Care, portals, e-services, ITSM, and enterprise application delivery is highly preferred
- Strong client-facing, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work fully onsite in Riyadh
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are strongly preferred
