Key Responsibilities Job Description

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for digital platforms and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives across Takamol and its affiliates.
• Drive execution of complex, multi-stream technology projects, including planning, resource allocation, delivery governance, and adherence to quality standards, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, working closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to define scope, system design considerations, and delivery approach.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including agile and hybrid delivery models, ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to best practices across all initiatives.
• Identify and manage technical and delivery risks, proactively addressing architectural constraints, integration challenges, and operational dependencies while driving mitigation and escalation when needed.
• Act as a key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, trade-offs, and technical decisions to senior leadership.
• Oversee vendor and partner engagements, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to technical standards, and effective knowledge transfer into internal teams.
• Continuously improving delivery performance, leveraging insights from ongoing and completed projects to enhance processes, frameworks, and technical execution strategies.
• Support the development of internal capabilities, mentoring team members and promoting best practices in software engineering, system delivery, and program management.
• Ensure alignment of platform development with enterprise architecture principles, including scalability, security, performance, and integration across systems.
• Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum Experience 9 to 12 years of experience in Project Management Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Strong technical expertise in software engineering, digital platforms, and system architecture.
• Proven experience in program and project delivery for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in risk and vendor management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business and technical units.
• Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking using KPIs.
