Job Description
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for digital platforms and technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives across Takamol and its affiliates.
- Drive execution of complex, multi-stream technology projects, including planning, resource allocation, delivery governance, and adherence to quality standards, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, working closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to define scope, system design considerations, and delivery approach.
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including agile and hybrid delivery models, ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to best practices across all initiatives.
- Identify and manage technical and delivery risks, proactively addressing architectural constraints, integration challenges, and operational dependencies while driving mitigation and escalation when needed.
- Act as a key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, trade-offs, and technical decisions to senior leadership.
- Oversee vendor and partner engagements, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to technical standards, and effective knowledge transfer into internal teams.
- Continuously improving delivery performance, leveraging insights from ongoing and completed projects to enhance processes, frameworks, and technical execution strategies.
- Support the development of internal capabilities, mentoring team members and promoting best practices in software engineering, system delivery, and program management.
- Ensure alignment of platform development with enterprise architecture principles, including scalability, security, performance, and integration across systems.
- Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum Experience
9 to 12 years of experience in Project Management

- Strong technical expertise in software engineering, digital platforms, and system architecture.
- Proven experience in program and project delivery for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in risk and vendor management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across business and technical units.
- Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking using KPIs.
