About The Role
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to lead and deliver complex IT and telecom projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project execution within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **end-to-end project delivery** aligned with business and client requirements
- Oversee **daily project activities, timelines, and team coordination**
- Communicate effectively with **stakeholders and senior management**
- Identify risks and **resolve project issues proactively**
- Manage **vendors and ensure service quality**
- Deliver **project updates and presentations** to clients and leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered **on time, within scope, and budget**

- Strong **project management and leadership skills**
- Excellent **communication and stakeholder management**
- Solid **analytical and problem-solving abilities**
- Financial awareness including **budget and P&L management**

Requirements
- **10+ years of experience** in IT or telecom project management
- Experience in **customer-facing roles and global teams**
- Strong knowledge of **IT/Telecom industry practices**
- Proficiency in **MS Office**; familiarity with **Python/SQL is a plus**
- **ITIL certification required**; PMP/PRINCE2/Six Sigma preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **relevant field**
