Responsibilities
- Engage HCPs to promote rare disease medicines value proposition and support on label prescribing
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives in the assigned region
- Demonstrate strong clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge in relevant disease states
- Improve identification and diagnosis of patients and manage market development objectives
- Increase disease awareness with key target groups
- Work with healthcare professionals to identify and test high risk patients
- Establish a key opinion leader (KOL) network
- Identify and develop KOLs within the territory
- Liaise with cross functional teams to develop long term relationships with KOLs and HCP accounts
- Organize workshops and educational events for knowledge sharing among HCPs
- Develop and implement strategy and actions to meet promotional objectives
- Manage allocated budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharma, preferably in haematology/oncology, nephrology, rare disease, or critical care
- Proven track record of delivering consistent top tier sales results
- Experience in hospital business, preferably niche markets/orphan drugs
- Strong influencing skills to engage key stakeholders in complex clinical environments
- Experience in project management
- Sales experience in rare diseases preferred

Role Summary
- Senior Product Specialist – Rare Disease, Eastern Region (Al Khobar)
- Full time position responsible for generating clinical demand for rare disease medicines
- Reports to Sales Manager
What you’ll do
- Engage HCPs to promote rare disease medicines value proposition and support on label prescribing

Essential for the role
