Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Communication, Information Management, or equivalent practical or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical, regulatory, product data, documentation, labeling, or compliance-related content
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong capability for interpreting engineering drawings, sketches, methods and terminology
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, listening, and customer service skills
  • Capability to work both collaboratively and independently, while remaining accountable and delivering projects on time
  • Ability to manage multiple job requests involving many different types of products, sometimes daily and often over the span of several months.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD software
  • Familiarity with Agile terms (backlog, burndown chart, estimation, blockers) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience creating or supporting Assembly Directions or other technical documentation in Windchill or similar applications
  • Advanced research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret changing regulatory requirements
  • Experience balancing legal, regulatory, and customer requirements in a business environment
  • Technical aptitude, including experience creating macros or automating repetitive processes
  • Experience working with large volumes of product data, revisions, and controlled documentation
  • Driving cost efficiency by maximizing reuse of existing labels and minimizing the size of new labels through streamlined content and optimized layout design
