Senior Product Engineer - Cards Platform

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer specializing in Cards Platforms to support enterprise-scale Cards Acquiring and Cards Issuing initiatives across business platforms and payments domains.

The role focuses on end-to-end support of cards platform enhancements, production stability, and seamless delivery of business-critical cards services within a fast-paced banking environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and Agile squads to ensure smooth execution of cards-related initiatives, system integrations, release management, and production support while maintaining high platform reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities Support Cards Platform projects, enhancements, and BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities across issuing and acquiring domains.

Perform requirement analysis in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of cards initiatives.

Support system integration activities across cards platforms, payment systems, and enterprise banking systems.

Participate in testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation.

Support release management activities including deployment coordination, cutover planning, and post-release validation.

Handle production support activities including incident management, defect analysis, and resolution tracking.

Ensure platform stability, availability, and performance of cards systems.

Work closely with Agile squads to deliver continuous enhancements and improvements.

Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to cards transactions, authorization, settlement, and reconciliation.

Contribute to improving cards services, payment flows, and customer experience.

Ensure compliance with banking standards, security guidelines, and operational governance.
