Role overview

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product design for dealership websites and e-commerce, from discovery through launch and continued improvement.
• Design responsive shopping experiences that help consumers assess vehicles, pricing, and payments.
• Simplify trade-in, financing, protection-product, and deposit transactions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to define problems, explore solutions, test prototypes, and launch experiences.
• Use research, usability testing, analytics, and experimentation to validate decisions and improve conversion.
• Develop design direction, contribute to the design system, and deliver consistent, accessible experiences across devices and brands.
• Advocate for consumers, communicate trade-offs, lead or join critiques and ideation, and review implemented experiences.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of end-to-end design experience from research and discovery through interaction design, visual design, and delivery.
• Experience leading design for complex use cases in cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio showing strong visual and interaction design and consumer and business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate design rationale using expertise, customer data, and industry trends.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple tasks and changing business needs.
• Automotive and/or SaaS enterprise product experience is a bonus.
