Senior Product Designer joining Clio's Platform team, which unifies core experiences across product surfaces.
Role is available to candidates in the US and Canada, excluding Quebec.

Responsibilities
- Create concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups addressing user and business problems with measurable outcomes.
- Partner with product management and engineering to identify problems and solutions.
- Build and present a compelling design vision and align stakeholders.
- Unify experiences across products through cross-team collaboration.
- Explain design rationale, challenge assumptions, and ask difficult questions.
- Coach and mentor designers and contribute thoughtful feedback in critiques.
- Break complex concepts into manageable parts.
- Plan and conduct user research interviews and usability tests, then analyze results.
- Use product data and metrics to guide design and assess product success.
Candidate qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
- Interactive design experience with product experience.
- Track record shipping products, solving customer problems, improving company metrics, and delivering incremental value.
- Deep understanding of user experience, information architecture, and visual design.
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools and practical fluency with AI tools in the workflow.
- Strong understanding of web technologies.
- Design degree or relevant platform and/or application design experience.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- SaaS experience is a bonus.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid work environment; local employees at listed hubs are expected in the office at least twice per week.
- The role summary separately states a minimum of one office day per week for candidates local to Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.

Compensation
- Expected salary range is CAD 131,600 to CAD 178,000; placement depends on region, experience, and skillset.
