You'll focus on our learning platform and its supporting applications, serving diverse audiences within and beyond Alpha.

A teenager working two grade levels behind is rebuilding self-belief after years of academic setbacks—a single unclear interaction could reverse that progress.

An academic coach overseeing a multi-age classroom requires insight into progress without information overload.

Your work demands understanding each group thoroughly enough to make meaningfully distinct design decisions for each.

You own the experience layer: conduct deep audience research, translate insights into design principles engineers can implement directly, and deliver code-ready outputs that ship immediately—not static mockups awaiting review cycles.

You collaborate with product leaders who drive outcomes and engineers who deploy code.

You challenge requests that compromise user experience.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.

The payment period is weekly.
