Senior Product Designer

Overview

Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process across web and mobile platforms, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and developer handoff.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define user problems, identify opportunities, and create impactful design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and improve accessibility for both novice and experienced users.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all digital products.
• Partner with developers throughout implementation to ensure design quality, usability, and seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Work in an agile environment to iterate quickly, test ideas, and continuously improve product usability and interaction design.
• Apply strong product thinking and user-centered design principles to help shape product strategy and long-term experience direction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration within the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally within fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Strong expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, and product thinking with the ability to solve complex user problems effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience building, maintaining, and evolving scalable design systems.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with developers and product teams while understanding technical limitations and implementation constraints.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and strategic decisions to stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, usability standards, visual consistency, and interaction quality across web and mobile experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with high ownership and minimal supervision.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed design decisions with incomplete or evolving information.
• Experience in trading platforms, financial products, or data visualization is considered an asset.
• Degree or formal training in Product Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
