About This Role
You will work closely within agile squads alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences primarily within the corporate banking domain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product design lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery
- Design and evolve scalable design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) within Agile squads
- Translate complex business and banking requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Apply user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing to improve product outcomes
- Work on AI-powered product features, ensuring seamless UX integration
- Contribute to design strategy and innovation, especially in digital banking experiences
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
