Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own the Supply Chain function within the Project Management Team and lead project procurement strategy.
• Develop the procurement execution plan covering purchasing, expediting, logistics, communication, and project goals.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements, milestones, schedule, and budget.
• Manage procurement packages, budgets, expenditure monitoring, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Maintain auditable procurement records, provide status reporting, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Address problems and vendor disputes, advise project teams, and lead reviews and lessons-learned transfer.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline; alternatively, HSD/GED/IGCSE with 6 years of relevant experience.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Professional procurement qualification preferred.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and high volumes of packages, and coach colleagues.
• Knowledge of SPMAT or Oracle database software preferred.
