Senior Procurement Manager
About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with strong expertise in Facilities Management (FM) procurement to lead sourcing, vendor management, and contract execution across large-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement for FM services (hard & soft FM, MEP, cleaning, security, landscaping, maintenance)
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes including tendering, evaluation, and contract award
- Develop procurement strategies to optimize cost and ensure service quality
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms
- Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual KPIs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, legal)
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance, and audit requirements
Requirements:
- 18+ years of procurement experience, including 8+ years in FM procurement
- Strong UAE market knowledge and supplier network (mandatory)
- Experience managing high-value FM contracts
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (CIPS/CPSM preferred)
- Public sector experience is an advantage
