Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Engineer with a Civil Engineering background and a proven track record in the Interior Design / Fit-Out industry within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling high-value, fast-paced projects and possess strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale interior fit-out projects.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors within the UAE market.
• Manage tendering processes, including RFQs, bid analysis, and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and site teams to ensure material compliance and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance to mitigate risks.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Handle procurement for high-value projects, ensuring budget adherence and value engineering.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–10 years of procurement experience in Interior Design / Fit-Out companies in the UAE.
• Strong exposure to high-value, complex projects (commercial, hospitality, retail, or luxury residential).
• In-depth knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and materials.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on cost control and savings.
• Experience in value engineering and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Established supplier network within the UAE fit-out market.
