Overview
We’re partnering with a leading, innovation-driven organization in Abu Dhabi to hire a Senior Procurement Manager to lead and transform their procurement function.
This is a strategic leadership role where you will shape procurement vision, drive cost optimization, and support complex, high-value sourcing across advanced and technical categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement strategy across the organization
- Drive strategic sourcing and category management for complex and high-value procurement
- Oversee supplier relationship management, performance, and governance
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure strong commercial outcomes
- Deliver cost optimization initiatives and financial value
- Champion procurement transformation, including digital tools and process improvements
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership and manage a high-performing team
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of procurement experience, including leadership roles
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
- Experience managing complex or technical procurement categories
- Engineering background is strongly preferred
- Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM, PMP, etc.) are a plus
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP / eProcurement systems (SAP/Ariba preferred)
