Senior Procurement Lead

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate procurement for offices, IT and digital, HR, communications, finance, and legal services.
• Develop sourcing and contracting strategies with business teams.
• Support sourcing and contracting from inception through contract execution and post-award management.
• Draft contract terms, remuneration structures, and scopes, and lead commercial evaluation and negotiations.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, manage expectations, and communicate procurement progress.
• Identify supplier innovation opportunities and proactively manage risk-and-reward agreements.
• Support supply chain development through knowledge of local content and supplier opportunities.
• Enable compliant and efficient purchase-to-pay processes.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of procurement experience, specifically in sourcing and contracting.
• Commercial acumen and good working knowledge of contracting.
• Negotiation expertise.
• Experience with purchase-to-pay systems such as SAP.
• Ability to collaborate with contractors, suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Resilience and comfort operating during periods of change.
