Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of all shop drawing submittals as per contract requirements, IFC/ID drawings
- Coordination with construction site, Subcontractor, consultant.
- Produce conceptual design, architectural and interior design when its required.
- Revit, CAD drawings and 2D imagery applications such as Photoshop.
- Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register.
- To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager Projects.
- Solve problems by thinking laterally and understanding the needs and requirements.
- Must have skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Draftsman using Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop
- Good understanding of Interior Fit out Industry
- Experience in creating shop drawings as per contract requirements
