About This Role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation of all shop drawing submittals as per contract requirements, IFC/ID drawings
  • Coordination with construction site, Subcontractor, consultant.
  • Produce conceptual design, architectural and interior design when its required.
  • Revit, CAD drawings and 2D imagery applications such as Photoshop.
  • Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register.
  • To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager Projects.
  • Solve problems by thinking laterally and understanding the needs and requirements.

Must have skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Draftsman using Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop
  • Good understanding of Interior Fit out Industry
  • Experience in creating shop drawings as per contract requirements
