Senior Process Executive (Voice)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats, provide information, resolve queries, and handle or escalate complaints.
• Make outbound calls to insurers for end-to-end accounts receivable follow-up on pending or unpaid claims.
• Analyze rejected or denied claims, resolve issues, initiate appeals, and escalate cases as needed.
• Document call outcomes and actions accurately in the billing system; meet SLA and KPI targets.
• Handle complex escalations, collaborate with Data, Quality, and Client teams, and protect confidential data under HIPAA.

Required skills and qualifications

• Graduate in any stream, such as BA, BCom, or BBA; no technical or IT background is required.
• 1–2 years of US healthcare RCM voice or customer-service experience, such as AR calling, patient billing, or claim resolution.
• Knowledge of US healthcare RCM front-end and back-end processes.
• Strong verbal communication, neutral accent, active listening, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical ability, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Proficiency with practice management systems, payer portals, and MS Office tools.
• Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US time zones; ability to work five days a week in the Hyderabad office.
