Senior Principal Program Manager, Business Acceleration

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in program management, product operations, business acceleration, product management, or a related cross-functional role within the semiconductor, hardware, connectivity, computing, or AI infrastructure industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor and hardware product development processes.
• Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate them clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Exceptional PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clear, executive-ready slide narratives quickly, and demonstrated fluency with AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and communication.
• Experience working across Engineering, Product, Sales, FAE, Operations, and/or Supply Chain organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously and maintain rigorous follow-through.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with semiconductor, connectivity, networking, compute, storage, or AI infrastructure products is highly desirable.

• This role is designed for a high-impact operator who wants to grow beyond traditional program management and take on increasingly broad business leadership responsibilities.
• Salary range is $205,000 to $ 260,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
