- Identify and execute opportunities for margin expansion through pricing excellence initiatives
- Own regional pricing governance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and global pricing principles
- Provide strategic guidance on high value tenders, large contracts, and complex commercial negotiations
- Lead development of pricing dashboards, KPIs, and business performance metrics
- Lead pricing strategy for product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives
- Lead and develop regional pricing talent and foster a high performance team culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in pricing & contracting strategy, process implementation, capital monetization, or new product introduction within medtech or healthcare
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing tools (e.g., pricing software, ERP systems) preferred
- Strong project management abilities
- Strategic problem solver with ability to advise senior leadership
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation globally highly desirable
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance issues specific to healthcare pricing and capital monetization is a plus
- Fluent in English

Job Description
- Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Pricing Manager for Surgery Emerging Markets to lead pricing strategy and governance, driving sustainable profitable growth through value based pricing, tender excellence, pricing governance, commercial policy deployment, and strategic portfolio optimization.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute the Emerging Markets Surgery pricing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Define and maintain pricing architecture across franchises, product categories, and market segments.
- Lead value based pricing approaches for existing and newly launched products.
- Establish regional price corridors and guardrails to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Identify and execute opportunities for margin expansion through pricing excellence initiatives.
- Partner with franchise leaders to evaluate portfolio opportunities, lifecycle pricing decisions, and market dynamics.
- Own regional pricing governance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and global pricing principles.
- Chair or support regional pricing councils and governance forums.
- Drive standardization and simplification of pricing decision making processes across Emerging Markets.
- Ensure robust approval frameworks, delegation of authority, and pricing controls.
- Lead implementation of pricing policies, tools, and operating models across markets.
- Provide strategic guidance on high value tenders, large contracts, and complex commercial negotiations.
Qualifications / Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in pricing & contracting strategy, process implementation, capital monetization, new product introduction, or related roles within the medtech or healthcare industry with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Success in leading pricing initiatives, capital monetization projects, and process improvements that support business growth.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing tools (e.g., pricing software, ERP systems) is preferred.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to balance multiple projects and work with various teams in different regions.
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to advise and collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional teams.
- Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives globally is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance issues specific to healthcare pricing and capital monetization is a plus.

Compensation
- Anticipated base pay range for Poland: PLN 278,000.00 to PLN 478,400.00 per year.
- Anticipated base pay range for Czech Republic: CZK 1,641,000 to CZK 2,830,150 per year.
