About This Role
Senior Portfolio Manager
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية ومتابعة أداء الأصول المالية والاستثمارية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاستثمار بما يتماشى مع أهداف العائد والمخاطر.
- تحليل الأسواق المالية والاقتصادية وتقييم فرص الاستثمار.
- إدارة توزيع الأصول (Asset Allocation) وتنويع الاستثمارات.
- مراقبة أداء المحافظ وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة وفق ظروف السوق.
- إعداد تقارير الأداء والتحليلات الاستثمارية للإدارة العليا والعملاء.
- تقييم المخاطر الاستثمارية وتطبيق سياسات إدارة المخاطر.
- التعاون مع فرق الأبحاث والاستراتيجية والامتثال والعمليات.
- متابعة التطورات الاقتصادية والمالية العالمية وتأثيرها على الأسواق.
- ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات الاستثمارية واللوائح التنظيمية.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل:
- CFA
- CAIA
- FRM
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10–15 سنة في إدارة المحافظ الاستثمارية أو إدارة الأصول.
- خبرة قوية في الأسواق المالية والاستثمارات متعددة الأصول.
- مهارات متقدمة في التحليل المالي وإدارة المخاطر.
- قدرة قوية على اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض وإعداد التقارير.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
