Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Strategic Allocation:** Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies tailored to the company’s risk appetite and long-term financial objectives.
• **Portfolio Oversight:** Monitor and manage a diverse portfolio of assets (Real Estate, Equity, or Infrastructure), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with benchmarks.
• **Risk Mitigation:** Conduct deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify market risks and implement robust hedging or mitigation strategies.
• **Executive Reporting:** Prepare and present detailed performance reports, market outlooks, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders.
• **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, banks, and regulatory bodies in Qatar.
• **Market Intelligence:** Stay ahead of regional economic trends, GCC regulatory changes, and global market shifts to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• **Experience:** Minimum of 10–12 years in investment management, private equity, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• **Education:** Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA. **CFA Charterholder** or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
• **Regional Expertise:** Strong understanding of the Qatar financial landscape and GCC market dynamics.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Mastery of financial modeling (Excel/VBA), Bloomberg Terminal, and portfolio management software.
• **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-billion QAR portfolios.
• **Communication:** Exceptional command of English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
