Aradi puts everything you need to know about a city onto one smart map.
Usually, finding out who owns a building, what the building rules are, or how much a piece of land is worth takes weeks.
People have to search through dozens of different government websites or pay expensive experts.
Aradi changes that.
We bring all that data together like official property sales, rental contracts, and local rules into one simple platform.
We also show how everything in a city connects.
For example, our tools help users see how a new metro station or school changes property values nearby.
At the center of it all is Aradi AI, a smart assistant that reads through millions of data points and turns them into clear answers.
Our customers like property developers, banks, and big investors use Aradi to check prices, estimate rental income, and do research in minutes instead of weeks.
Role Description
Behind that simple map is a lot of infrastructure.
This role owns it.
You'll keep Aradi fast, reliable, and secure as we grow.
You'll lead a major move to new infrastructure, tighten our security for enterprise customers, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
It's a hands-on role with real ownership.
What You'll Do
- **Own our cloud:**
- Keep our infrastructure running and scaling.
- Lead a major migration.
- Build for reliability and security.
- **Ship safely:**
- Build deployment pipelines and manage releases.
- Make deploys repeatable and easy to roll back.
- **Watch everything:**
- Set up monitoring and alerts.
- When something breaks, find the root cause and make sure it doesn't happen again.
- **Track usage:**
- Own product analytics and event tracking.
- **Lock it down:**
- Drive security and access control.
- Our enterprise customers depend on it.
- **Keep costs lean:**
- Optimize spend and resources across the stack.
- **Help the team:**
- Give engineers the tools and automation to move faster.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience.
- Proven CI/CD and infrastructure automation in production.
- Real experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Calm, sharp incident response. You debug across systems.
- Solid foundations in databases, networking, security, and performance.
- Comfortable across backend, infrastructure, and tooling.
- Nice to Have
- High-growth SaaS, ideally with an API product.
- Infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Infrastructure for regulated customers like banks.
- Auth and access-control design.
- Data-heavy or geospatial systems.
- Container orchestration.
