About the Role
Shafa Group is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Planning Engineer
to join our prestigious project in Ethiopia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and control for large-scale infrastructure projects ( Offshore and Onshore) and residential, commercial, and fit-out projects in GCC or international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using
Primavera P6 / MS Project

- Prepare detailed work programs, resource allocation plans, and progress monitoring reports.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to align with project deliverables.
- Implement cost control, budgeting, and forecasting measures.
- Track materials, manpower, and equipment to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies for project delays.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and client requirements.
