- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and contracts with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards and timelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, including requisitioning, vendor selection, order placement, and delivery follow-up.
- Manage and maintain procurement records and documentation.
