Overview
We are looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a prestigious luxury villa building project in Dubai, working on the Supervision Consultant side.
The candidate will be responsible for site-based planning, progress monitoring, and schedule control, ensuring timely project delivery in line with consultant and client requirements
.
Key Responsibilitie

- Develop, review, and manage baseline programs, updated schedules, and recovery plans for building proje
- ctsMonitor site progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation measu
- resPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports for client and internal stakehold
- ersCoordinate closely with site supervision teams, contractors, and project managem
- entReview contractor submissions including programmes, manpower histograms, and sequenc
- ingSupport delay analysis, claims review, and extension of time (EOT) assessme
- ntsEnsure planning activities comply with contractual, consultant, and client standa
