We are looking for an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
with a strong background in
Infrastructure Projects
to join our Dubai team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum
- 8+ years of experience
- in Infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in
- Roads, Highways, Bridges, Utilities, Drainage, Sewerage, and Civil Infrastructure
- works.
- UAE/GCC consultancy experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of
FIDIC Contracts
- , BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Ability to manage commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Review and certify contractor payment applications.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
- Monitor project costs and prepare commercial reports.
- Support contract administration and final account settlements.
Note
Only candidates with proven Infrastructure project experience will be considered.
Building and fit-out experience alone will not be suitable.
