Your Role

• As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling detailed project schedules across the full project lifecycle.
• You’ll work closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate planning, effective performance tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Perform critical path analysis, earned value analysis (EVA), and schedule forecasting
• Identify schedule risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
• Coordinate resources to optimize productivity and minimize delays
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule and performance reports for management and stakeholders
• Review subcontractor and vendor schedules for alignment with project timelines
• Mentor and support junior planning engineers, sharing best practices in project controls

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• **Experience:**
• Minimum 12 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling within EPC environments with strong exposure to oil & gas, civil, marine, power or plant projects.
• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• **Expertise:**
• Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path analysis, resource management, and risk management.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
