• , you will:
• Lead and supervise all electrical and instrumentation fabrication activities, including cable trays, junction boxes, control panels, instrument mounting, and pre-installation works.
• Ensure E&I fabrication activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and subcontractors to achieve fabrication targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, electrical safety standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and support inspection activities.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and quality, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities such as continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, loop preparation, and FAT-related support where applicable.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning team as needed.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• **Experience:**
• Minimum 18 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation works, with strong exposure to Oil & Gas EPC fabrication projects.
• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline)
• **Expertise:**
• Strong knowledge of E&I fabrication practices, wiring standards, instrumentation installation requirements, and applicable international codes.
• Experience with hazardous area requirements, grounding, and cable management systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project schedules.
