Senior Planning Engineer

Experience and education
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction project planning and project controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Planning or Project Controls is an advantage.
Project experience
- Experience in MEP and building construction projects is preferred.
- UAE construction experience is an advantage.
Planning and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project reporting.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in baseline schedule development, updates, resource planning, and delay analysis.
- Ability to coordinate with project management, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Develop baseline project schedules and update them as work progresses.
- Monitor project progress and prepare project reporting.
- Plan project resources.
- Analyze project delays.
- Coordinate planning and project controls with project management, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
