Role Purpose
Lead planning governance and performance control across projects by developing baselines, monitoring progress, managing critical path/recovery, and producing executive reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish planning standards, WBS/coding, update cadence, and reporting packs.
- Develop/approve baseline/revised/recovery programmes and master schedules.
- Drive progress measurement rules, critical path control, and mitigation planning.
- Integrate procurement schedules and identify constraints/risks early.
- Support EOT/delay analysis and planning substantiation for claims (when required).
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Engineering degree; Primavera P6 advanced mandatory.
- 10–15+ years; 5+ years leading planning teams in infrastructure contracting.
- Strong reporting (Excel/Power BI preferred) and stakeholder leadership
