We are hiring experienced professionals for immediate opportunities in the UAE.

- Senior Planner
Senior Planner – Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage baseline Master Project Schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Analyze critical paths and recommend recovery plans.
- Perform delay analysis and evaluate EOT submissions.
- Prepare executive dashboards, progress reports, and EVM metrics.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost-control procedures.
- Review and certify contractors' payment applications.
- Evaluate and negotiate variations and contractual changes.
- Assess claims, disputes, and commercial risks.
- Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.
- Manage final account settlements and quantity reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Strong contractor-side experience is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of planning/commercial management principles.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Primavera P6
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Experience in baseline scheduling, critical path analysis, EOT, and delay analysis.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource planning.
Commercial & Contracts
- Strong expertise in cost control, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Good knowledge of FIDIC and construction contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
