Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, hands-on hardware experience, and the ability to provide excellent user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and system errors
- Support users with email, operating systems, and common applications
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates
- Set up new workstations and IT infrastructure
- Maintain IT documentation and logs
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and repair
- Familiarity with Windows OS, networking basics, and office software
- Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with network setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of antivirus, backups, and system security
- Basic understanding of servers and IT infrastructure
