Senior Planner / Planning Manager (J26-064)

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the **programme master schedule** across multiple packages
• Integrate individual package schedules into a fully aligned **programme-level baseline**
• Perform **re-baselining exercises** in accordance with contractual requirements and change events
• Conduct **delay analysis** (impact analysis, time impact analysis, critical path assessment)
• Monitor progress across all packages and identify schedule risks and interface conflicts
• Prepare executive-level **planning reports, dashboards, and recovery plans**
• Support **claims, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution** with schedule analysis
• Coordinate closely with project controls, contracts, engineering, and construction teams
• Chair planning workshops and interface coordination meetings
• Ensure planning governance, standards, and best practices are consistently applied

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
• **8 -15 years of experience** in planning and programme controls
• Proven experience managing **multi-package or programme-level schedules**
• Strong background in **re-baselining and delay analysis** on major infrastructure projects
• Experience working on **mega or giga projects** is highly preferred
• Ability to lead teams and interface with senior stakeholders and clients

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in **Primavera P6**
• Strong knowledge of **programme planning methodologies**
• Advanced experience in **delay analysis techniques** (TIA, windows analysis, CPM)
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills for senior management
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Middle East / Saudi Arabia experience is a strong plus.
