Bechtel has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments.

In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports.

Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

King Salman International Airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travelers by 2030 and 185 million travelers by 2050, and the capacity to process up to 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050.

Bechtel will provide PMC services for three new terminals; Terminal 6 is a new build ‘low cost carrier’ – hyper efficient terminal with gross floor area of ≈450,000m2, capacity of 20mppa; Iconic Terminal is a new build ‘new concept’ terminal with gross floor area of ≈ 1M m2, capacity of 40 to 45 mppa, and Private Aviation Terminal and hangars for VIPs and business jet passengers.

In this position, you will work with the project team to lead a team to manage the entire set of planning activities for assigned projects.

You will identify schedule trends, analyze data to provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges, ensure schedule updates are completed on time, and be responsible for reporting requirements.

Your leadership will be essential in driving scheduling efficiency and project success.
