The employer is hiring a Senior Planner for a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
The role focuses on financial planning, inventory optimization, and seasonal strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales, margin, markdown, and OTB budgets and planning.
- Drive WSSI, forecasting, and post-season analysis.
- Partner with buyers on assortment, pricing, and range plans.
- Optimize inventory, allocations, and sell-through.
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Experience in retail planning is required; fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Strong skills in OTB, inventory, and financial planning are required.
- Advanced Excel skills are required.
- An analytical mindset and excellent stakeholder management are required.
