We are hiring an Arabic-speaking Senior PHP Developer to join a prestigious government project in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in legacy PHP systems , secure integrations, and maintaining mission-critical applications in a highly structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance applications built on PHP 5.x (preferably PHP 5.6)

• Manage and optimize MySQL 5.7 databases for performance and data integrity

• Configure and support applications hosted on Apache Web Server

• Develop and maintain SOAP & REST API integrations with internal and external platforms

• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data protection standards

• Monitor application performance, availability, and resolve production issues

• Prepare technical documentation, system records, and change logs

• Support modernization initiatives while ensuring backward compatibility

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of PHP development experience

• Strong expertise in PHP 5.x and legacy systems support

• Solid experience with MySQL 5.7

• Hands-on experience with Apache server configuration

• Experience with SOAP / REST API integrations

• Knowledge of secure coding and web security practices

• Familiarity with Git / version control tools

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Experience in Government / Semi-Government sectors

• Knowledge of UAE digital government systems

• Experience with Laravel / Symfony

• Frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Language Requirement:

✅ Arabic Speaking (Mandatory)
