We are looking for a highly skilled
BI Data Analyst
with
4–5 years of experience
in
Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting Solutions
to join our team in
Dubai
on a
contract basis

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
IBM Cognos / TM1 (Planning Analytics)
, solid
SQL scripting skills
, and hands-on experience in
data analysis and reporting

Experience
in the
Retail domain is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize
IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics
- models, cubes, dimensions, rules, and processes
- Schedule and automate TM1 processes for improved efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Build and support
- data analytics and reporting solutions
- for business stakeholders
- Gather and analyze business requirements, perform
- data validation
- , and ensure data quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve
Cognos/TM1
- and data-related issues
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to deliver scalable BI solutions
- Support
- Azure-based data environments and reporting workflows
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports using
Required Skills
✅ Strong expertise in
IBM Cognos / TM1 (Planning Analytics)

✅ 4–5 years of experience in
BI / Analytics / Reporting
✅ Good knowledge of
SQL scripting
✅ Basic to intermediate
Power BI
knowledge
✅ Experience with
DAX
and
Power Query
✅ Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
✅ Experience working in
Agile / Scrum environments
- ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Retail industry experience is mandatory
- Good to Have
- Knowledge of
Azure services / Azure Fundamentals
- Experience with
Python

- IBM TM1 / Power BI certifications
