Senior Performance Media Buyer
— a strategic thinker with a sharp analytical mind and a deep understanding of digital advertising.

You’ll be at the core of our growth engine, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute cross-channel media strategies focused on performance and scale
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROAS
- Manage advertising budgets with full ownership and accountability
- Conduct in-depth A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to drive campaign success
- Stay ahead of trends and platform changes to maintain a competitive edge
- Present campaign reports and insights
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance media buying with
7-figure
- USD ad budgets
- Mastery of media planning, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
- In-depth understanding of attribution models, tracking, and event setups
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and media platforms
