Overview
- Prepare and implement procedures for identifying and classifying current and potential partners in alignment with the corporation's goals and objectives, in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
- Prepare summaries and analytical reports on partners and their representatives for senior management to support decision-making and facilitate preparation for official meetings, events, and official visits.
- Monitor the implementation of partnership agreement terms in coordination with the relevant organizational units and prepare related progress reports.
- Review and evaluate requests for new, renewed, expired, or terminated Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements in coordination with the concerned organizational units.
- Organize joint meetings, events, and visits to strengthen partnerships and promote the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices with partners.
- Implement procedures for establishing joint initiatives and capacity-building programs with partners, while enhancing the corporation's image and reputation through continuous engagement and communication.
- Carry out partnership analysis procedures for strategic and key partnerships in accordance with the approved Partner Management Guide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management or public relations.
- Diploma: Minimum 8 years of experience in partnership management or public relations.
