- Provide technical support and advice during the preparation and implementation of the division's operational plans.
- Develop standards related to the procurement of the Corporation's purchases and the disposal of its assets in accordance with best practices applied in this field.
- Provide advice during the preparation and review of contract templates and agreements concluded by the Corporation with other entities concerning procurement and services.
- Analyze and classify procurement requirements in terms of quality and cost in coordination with the relevant organizational unit.
- Propose appropriate methods for procurement and asset disposal.
- Prepare analytical studies on procurement and service contracts, their challenges and disputes, and identify the causes of legal gaps in coordination with the Legal Affairs Office.
- Review procurement and service contracts and incorporate the necessary updates to safeguard the Corporation's interests and avoid future disputes.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma in Law, Finance, or an equivalent field.
Experience
- Master's Degree: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in contracts and procurement.
- Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in contracts and procurement.
- Diploma: A minimum of eleven (11) years of experience in contracts and procurement.
