Senior Outdoor Sales Representative

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned Dubai territories daily to generate leads and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Acquire accounts among furniture showrooms, multi-brand retailers, interior designers, and corporate clients.
• Maintain dealer and retail relationships and support strong shelf visibility.
• Present Posturepedic technology, orthopedic support, and premium materials to clients on site.
• Meet monthly and quarterly volume, revenue, and client-acquisition quotas.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and product launches in the UAE market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Exactly eight years of verifiable outdoor sales experience.
• Premium bedding, mattress, furniture, or home decor experience is strongly preferred.
• Must reside in Dubai and know local commercial hubs and logistics.
• Native-level Arabic and excellent professional business English are mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle for daily field travel are required.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, interpersonal, and CRM pipeline-management skills.
