Job Purpose
- The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Jeddah. This role is vital for aligning daily factory operations with corporate business goals, optimizing resource utilization, and leading multi-cultural teams. The successful candidate will leverage strategic planning and factory automation to maximize efficiency, maintain peak safety and quality standards, and scale production capacity for our premium bedding lines.
- Strategic Plant Leadership: Oversee daily end-to-end mattress manufacturing workflows, including quilting, foam cutting, pocket spring core assembly, tape-edging, and final packaging.
- Workflow Optimization: Design and implement process improvements to maximize the output of automated machinery while minimizing raw material waste.
- ERP Data Management: Direct the utilization of Odoo ERP (Manufacturing and Inventory modules) to log processes, trace materials, and track overall factory performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Synchronization: Partner with procurement, plant maintenance, and logistics teams to balance supply chain requirements, mitigate material shortages, and schedule preventive equipment downtime.
- Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage plant operational budgets, conduct performance analyses, and drive cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
- Workforce Management: Direct, mentor, and evaluate a multi-cultural workforce, fostering an environment of safety, professional development, and high productivity.

Requirements
- Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management. An MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant business or management discipline is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in plant operations, production management, or industrial manufacturing.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for experience within mattress manufacturing, bedding, foam, textile high-volume production, or closely related consumer goods industries.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency with ERP infrastructure, specifically Odoo ERP software modules, alongside a strong data-analytical and engineering mindset.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in written and spoken English is strictly required. Conversational proficiency in Arabic is highly valued. [ 1, 2, 3, 4 ]
- Demographics & Eligibility
- Current Residence: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia (ability to work on-site in Jeddah).
- Target Nationalities: Saudi, Egyptian, or Jordanian nationals
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in plant operations, production management, or industrial manufacturing.
- High proficiency with ERP infrastructure, specifically Odoo ERP software modules, alongside a strong data-analytical and engineering mindset.
