Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who can take ownership of operational excellence across multiple departments.

This is not a routine management role—you will shape business processes, optimize service delivery, and lead strategic operational initiatives that directly impact company performance.

You will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across daily operations while driving long-term growth and efficiency.

Lead and oversee company-wide operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high performance across departments.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity, cost management, and service delivery.

Supervise department managers and operational staff while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Develop KPIs, operational dashboards, and reporting structures to track business performance and strategic objectives.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain strong business relationships and ensure operational alignment.

Risk and Compliance

Ensure company operations comply with Saudi regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.

7+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, or corporate administration, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and handling high-level operational planning in a fast-paced business environment.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution and performance management.

Excellent English communication skills are required.

Arabic communication ability is considered a strong advantage.

Comfortable working with ERP systems, operational reporting tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based business platforms.

Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of making confident decisions under pressure while maintaining a collaborative leadership style.

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 - ﷼24,000.00 per month
