Progeco Group is recruiting a Senior Offshore Structural Engineer for work in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors.

Structural engineering responsibilities
- Analyze and design fixed platforms, topsides, jackets, modules, and supporting offshore structures.
- Develop and review calculations for steel structures under operational, environmental, transportation, and installation loads.
- Perform strength, fatigue, and ultimate limit state assessments and evaluate wave, wind, seismic, blast, and accidental loads.
- Use FEA and other structural engineering tools; prepare design reports, calculation notes, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
Coordination and project support
- Coordinate structural interfaces with piping, mechanical, process, naval, and installation engineering disciplines.
- Participate in client, subcontractor, technical, and multidisciplinary design reviews.
- Support fabrication, transportation, installation, and commissioning; resolve technical issues.
- Review vendor documents for compliance with project requirements, standards, and client specifications.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8–10 years of offshore structural engineering experience in Oil & Gas, offshore, energy, or marine sectors.
- Proven design and analysis experience with jackets, topsides, offshore modules, and steel support structures.
- Advanced knowledge of international offshore design standards and experience in integrity, fatigue, transportation, and lifting assessments.
- Ability to interpret engineering, general arrangement, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of offshore construction, fabrication, transportation, and installation methods.
- Written and spoken English at minimum B2 level.
